Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Product Management - General Insurance Firm (3-10 yrs)

Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager (Based on experience).
Role: Product Manager - Digital
Reporting to: Head Digital
Location: Mumbai
Work Days: 5
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing the product, working with technology teams to implement the product using API's, compliance with regulations, design of user experience will be key components of the launch
- Strong knowledge of google analytics is a must
- Ability to create low fidelity wireframes and challenge the design team towards a customer-centric usable design
- Work closely with technology teams to drive sprints and create detailed product specification documentation.
- Work closely with marketing to co-create new insurance products/features having a keen sense of data
- Work closely with the contact center team to identify and implement possible measures to increase insurance sales.
- Work with data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Work closely with internal technology teams to enhance the current offerings
- The candidate should stay abreast with the latest guidelines and industry trends in financial services and strategize the product offering basis industry research
