Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Officer - Lubricants Business

We are looking for a Manager / SM - Digital Officer for our client with a global presence based at Mumbai.

Job Location : Mumbai.

Grade : Manager /SM - IC Role for now ( Indirect Management)

Industry : Lubricants

Education : BE /B.Tech with MBA

Experience : Min 10 years' proven track of successful digital transformation, IT experience for similar/traditional industry ; Min 3-4 years of experience as Technology Project Manager for Digital technologies-based projects such as Cloud, Analytics, UX/UI, Automation

Working Conditions : 9 AM onwards , 5 days

KRA :

- Manage all digital transformation in the lube business

- Build a digital transformation roadmap aligned with the organization's digital strategy.

- Map and update existing and potential digital use cases across businesses.

- Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization.

- Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones.

- Identifying new tools - AI, digital, CRM - that can support, enhance and improve our solutions.

- Establish measurement and reporting processes, including underlying data wiring, to support effective measurement of impact. Conducts qualitative and quantitative client/partner research and analytics to evaluate the usage and adoption.

- Build digital governance and program management framework.

- Building knowledge and capability for others.

- Incorporate key element on digital security and data safety.

- Liaison with digital agencies to develop platforms and tools as per requirement from business teams.
