Marketing Manager – agencies, offline, influencer, CRM, CPA

- You will be responsible for end-to-end execution on marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through implementation to performance monitoring: -
- Identify and develop acquisition channels - online as well offline -
- Manage P&L and KPIs for all campaigns - Optimize costs per acquisition and reach for each channel - Define branding & communication guidelines, ensure compliance -
- Create innovative marketing programs, and promotions -
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases. -
- Manage content development to support your campaigns including online, print and video media - Use comprehensive data to measure performance of programs and drive innovation. Desired
Skills/Experience: -
- Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies - Ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer personas - their goals and requirements -
- Strong communication skills & great design sense to manage content development -
- Proficiency using tools to track and report on campaign/channel performance -
- Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; relies on data driven decision making
- Outstanding skills at initiating, managing and growing strategic relationships with third parties - A self-starter - never hesitates to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on
