Position Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development

Reports To Deputy General Manager - Learning & Development

Place of Posting - Kandivali Mumbai

Experience 4-8 Years in Learning & Development Role

Qualification MBA in HR - Suitable specialization / certifications in L&D will be preferred + Certified in Instructional Design Principles

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Creating and implementing digital training interventions (Leadership & Behavioral) Basis the business strategy

- Working with service provider for creating contents for Digital Learning Modules 

- Creating a vendor ecosystem to deliver the digital content & work closely with the digital content cell to deliver back to the business

- Leveraging the LMS platform to integrate training and functional learning

- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving AFS strategy

- Identifying and developing internal SME's for Digital Programs (For creating customised digital content) for various functional programs

- Ensuring the adoption the Digital content as per defined metrices in organisation


- Very high levels of initiative, self-drive and achievement orientation - strong deadline closure focus

- Very high levels of tenacity & perseverance

- Ideation balanced by a strong bias for action / execution focus

- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and influence without authority

- Hands-on experience in designing training programs including content creation

- Should be aware of the different principles of Instructional Design

- Should be aware of the latest trends in Learning & Development - Moocs, Gamification, Online Modules
