Manager/Senior Manager - Delivery - FinTech

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Overall delivery of implementations of company's product suite for various clients

- Own the delivery including Quality, Timelines and Cost

- Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports

- Analyze and submit P&L report of the project to the customer

- Work with cross functional teams viz. Product, Tech Lead, QA, Design and Customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Academic Qualification : MBA and B.Tech from Premier Schools

Work Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience preferably in fintech or BFSI

- 1-3 years of experience in managing software projects

- Strong Communication & Analytical skills

- Willingness to travel extensively & Readiness to work from client's location across cities

- Prior experience in banking/lending domain will be a plus
