Deal execution/ Syndication/ Downselling

- Technical, legal, financial, and other relevant due diligence and contribute towards the preparation of a final appraisal for sanction by the internal investment committee

- Discuss with clients on project-related agreements and make required amendments to assumptions and structures

- Business Plan/ financial projection validation to enable sophisticated structuring of financial solutions

- Work with Project Finance Group (PFG) in detailed appraisal stage and provide inputs on loan structuring and drafting term and conditions

- Preparation of the comprehensive Information Memorandum highlighting the salient project features, risks, opportunities, etc. and term sheet for distribution to banks/ FIs

- Preparation of Teasers to various Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs to elicit participation

- Co-ordinate and monitor credit evaluation process with banks at dealing officer levels in branches/ ZOs, etc. right upto HO along with submission of information/clarifications to ensure final sanction/ participation in the transaction

Deal Closure :

- Oversee the documentation process and ensure expeditious financial closure of multi-crore transactions (Rs. 500-1000 cr) amongst banks/ FIs, etc. through effective coordination between the Client, Banks/ FIs, Legal teams and synchronization of terms sheets

- Facilitate interactions and consensus amongst all stakeholders of the deal

- Contribute informing strategy as per guidance from Team Leaders
