Role. - Manager / SM- Data Science

Job Location - Chandivali, Mumbai

Salary - Rs 13 lacs - 17 lacs per annum ( depends on experience and current salary)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Requirements:

- Overall 8+ years of work experience in relevant hands on experience handling data driven decisions

- Experience in various statistical and machine learning models, data mining, unstructured data analytics in corporate or academic research environments

- Must have strong of programming experience in R/Python

- Experience in machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as like-Classification, Regression, Ensemble Modelling, SVM, Boosting Machines, Segmentations, Clustering, time series analysis and natural language processing.

- Familiarity with relational databases and intermediate level knowledge of SQL

- Ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems

- Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

- Good Presentation & Communication skills

- Flexible to travel for long durations if needed and work in US hours

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience leading or collaborating with a team of data scientists in developing and delivering machine learning models that work in a production setting.

- Minimum 8+ years of Data Science experience along with practical project implementation experience of minimum 2 years.

- Proficiency in statistical and other tools/languages - R, SAS, Python, Java, Scala

- Combination of programming experience (C, C++, UNIX, Java, Linux,R, Python ).

- Exposure or knowledge in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive MapReduce etc.

- Experience working with large data streaming technologies (like Spark etc. )

- Experience in any of the domains: BPO industry

- Education: Bachelor or Masters or Ph.D. Computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
