Must have good experience into the Data Science and analytics domain 2.Expertise in Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning concepts like such as regression, classification, SVM, recommendation engines, neural network etc. 3. Exposure to open source analytical tools - such as R, Python 4. Understanding of data visualization & experience with visualisation tools 5. Exposure to implementing data science solutions in production environments 6. Understanding of analytical architecture components; query languages, web services, APIs etc 7. Exposure to cloud and it's components: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform (any one) 8. Exposure to Big Data technologies like Spark, PySpark, SparkR etc 9. Proven experience in Model to Market 10. Good understanding of commercial (revenue and retention) aspects of the business. 11. Sound problem identification, judgment, resolution and decision-making skills 12. Innovation oriented and a proponent of disruptive and out-of-the-box thinking 13. High level of integrity, ownership and accountability 14. Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely; excellent interpersonal skills.
