- Seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company.

- The Lead will assist Data Analysts in efforts to fulfill data requests sent to us from other business /analytics teams.

- The lead will be required to step in and work data requests when needed. The lead will attend requirements meetings, assist customers in crafting their requests, manage team workflow, and review final artifacts.

- The lead will work closely with the Data Analytics Head to mentor, support, coach the rest of the Data Analytics team, and ensure efficient and accurate resolution of all data requests as well as the job satisfaction of the other team members.

- The BI & Analytics SME will work closely with leaders across product, sales, and marketing to support and implement high quality, data-driven decisions.

- He / She will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.

- The person will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.

- The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.

- Should have played a Lead role in at least 3 BI and analytics implementation projects

- Act as a techno functional consultant for the IT team and internal business teams; Serves as an expert (SME: Subject Matter Expert) in technical field of knowledge in BI & Analytics.

- Experience with Analytics implementation scenarios in the Marketing, Sales or Customer Service domains preferably in one or more of the verticals Retail / CPG/ Utilities/Publishing/Manufacturing/Media & Entertainment industry is preferred
