Manager/Senior Manager - Credit Underwriter - BFSI (3-5 yrs)
- Role involves credit appraisal, evaluating risk factors and identifying suitable mitigants and term sheet preparation.
- Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modeling and Due Diligence.
- Monitoring of the financial/operational performance and covenant monitoring of the portfolio post sanction through client interaction, site visits, engaging with consultants and legal counsel and Portfolio performance review reports.
- Understanding the legal & regulatory framework for each transaction.
- Coordinating with internal & external legal counsels/consultants and Clients for negotiation and execution of documentation.
- Deal Structuring and negotiating with Clients on Fees and Covenants.
- Experience in handling structured financing transactions including Acquisition financing, Private Equity Buyout Transactions, Pre IPO Funding etc.
CA/ MBA preferred
