1) Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills to be able to handle complex situations

2) Ensuring timely completion of rating assignments.

3) Ensuring quality and readability of rating report as well as rationale, press releases etc.

4) Presenting the case in the Rating Committee Meeting

5) Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors & and bringing important facts to managements notice.

6) Sector reports / criteria commentary publishing

7) Development & improvement of rating methodology for sectors

8) Minimize Sharp Rating Migration Cases/Rating Quality

9) Leading & guiding the team of analysts working in the team.

10) Maintenance of MIS, quarterly results/ no default statement, rating reckoner etc.

11) Monitoring and measuring productivity of team members

12) Inputs and commitments towards strategic /quality decision making

Qualification: MBA / PGDM - Finance / CA / ICWAI
