MBA with relevant experience Job description: - Monitoring of the Corporate / Wholesale Loans disbursed by the NBFC arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. - Tracking of the key financial as well as performance covenants stipulated along with the timelines. - Analyzing the performance of the underlying collateral by evaluating the cash flows assigned with the same. - Keep a track of the compliances, statutory and internal both and reminding the business team for closure from time to time. - Updating the Project / Loan performances on periodic basis and reporting the key observations to the Management for further action to be taken. - Highlighting the early warning signals in the loan portfolio - Conducting regular Portfolio discussion with the Business and Credit Team
