Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end Recruitment process across all levels
- Develop the job specifications
- End-to-end management of recruitment : interviewing candidates, offer negotiation & rollout, onboarding
- Work with various business stakeholders
- Understand compensation related matters and effective closure of the positions
- Drive all pre joining and post joining including pre-employment verification, Joining Formalities/on boarding, Induction etc.
- HR MIS and data management
- Present analytics as per business need
- Support in HR Generalist activities/HR projects
