Work as part of the Promoter's Office focused on Business to support: - Preparation of Annual Qualitative / Financial Budgets - Annual Operating Plan reviews - Quarterly reviews - Monthly reviews - 5 year Strategic planning/ roadmap - Financial assessment of new opportunities Key Accountabilities :&nbsp; 1. Facilitate the monthly &amp; quarterly reviews of business with the Promoter office 2. Ensure follow-up on any course corrections/actions to be completed based on inputs from monthly and quarterly reviews 3. Facilitate the 5 year roadmap/ strategic planning exercise with BU Head 4. Independently assess new opportunities from a qualitative and financial perspective (returns, investments etc) 5. Provide weekly updates to the Promoter / Head Promoter Office 6. Provide structuring and analytical support, deck creation for new / existing project opportunities 7. Review and validate all the approvals submitted by the businesses for onward approvals 8. Develop relationship / network with all stakeholders in the businesses EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA from Tier 1 University in India or abroad - Strong academic track record throughout&nbsp; Other Requirements : Excel financial modeling; understanding of IRR, NPV, ROCE, Working capital, cash flows and application in different businesses and context; strong presentation skills.
