The Role

The role will be a part of the Central Business Strategy Team of the largest EdTech company in India and would involve working on a variety of key Business Strategy projects for the company.

We are looking for an individual who can strike the right balance between strategic planning and execution and is an excellent problem solver. The role will provide exposure to programs and projects which entail the entire strategy lifecycle starting from creating hypotheses, validating those hypotheses through both qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, business case development and recommendations to solve critical business problems.

The role will be based out of Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working on projects to drive company-wide strategy for India Business cutting across all Business Units in the organization

- Partner with Business Unit Heads and Leaders to understand their strategic choices/problem areas and solving them

These projects will be high on change management and will involve the following:

- Shaping the Organization Strategy for creating maximum impact

- Creating Growth Strategy for growing overall business

- Shaping the Sales Strategy for driving maximum revenues

- Policy formulation for Business Teams to drive best outcomes

- Process Innovation for all business processes

- Structure & story line the problem, define methodology to approach the problem, create implementation roadmap and enable execution

- Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and solutions to achieve business goals

Requirements:

- Ability to break large, complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data and people to facilitate outcomes

- MBA from a premier institute, working/having worked in Strategy consulting firms

- Ability to connect and establish deep relationships with people across teams and levels

- 2-9 years of experience in consulting, general management, operations or strategy roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements

- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
