Key responsibilities will include :

- Be part of a team that works closely with the leadership team to develop future growth strategies

- Work on new initiatives, new product ideation, and be on top of industry trends and competition

- Drive company strategies basis deep understanding of the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance

- Identify process and business gaps and work towards building a solution

- Work on planning, design, and monitoring of business dashboards for better business performance

- Understand the co-living / student housing industry to drive strong supply-side strategies

- Analyze company-wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience and make suggestions

- Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis

- Support various special project assignments

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA from Tier 1 colleges

- Work experience of 3+ years preferably in a strategy/consulting firm or internal strategy groups of related companies.

- Strong Business mindset and very strong analytical capabilities

- Advanced MS Excel skills - ability to handle and structure analysis independently

- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word, experience with creating presentations

- Is comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis

- Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in the data processing

- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

- Have a strong work ethic and can complete deliverables with short deadlines

- Time management - must be able to manage workload efficiently and push out deliverables before deadlines
