Manager / Senior Manager Corporate Sales (MICE)
We are hiring Manager / Senior Manager Corporate Sales (MICE) to drive B2B business development for corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals with mid-to-senior level stakeholders in large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through structured outreach, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch MICE solutions
- Understand and assess client needs to deliver customized event and travel proposals
- Promote the companys portfolio of corporate incentive travel and events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
Indirect Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured sales plans with clear revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of client projects
- Maintain regular follow-ups and prospecting calendars
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Track sales performance and manage CRM records
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Event Management background preferred)
- 5-6+ years of experience in MICE / corporate travel / B2B event sales
- Proven experience in closing high-value deals and managing large accounts
- Strong network of mid-senior level contacts in large corporates
Skills Required
- Excellent communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deliverables, and sales cycles in parallel
- Strong commercial acumen with a solution-focused approach
- High responsiveness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player
