Job Description:

Stakeholder Engagement and Healthy Business Relations:

- Managing Cordial Relations with the Refinery surrounding villagers - meetings with the villagers in close coordination with Lead-CRG.

- Supporting Community Development activities like Lahni Distribution, Medical aid and any welfare activities

- Attending events on various occasions in villages with various peer departments

- Assisting Lead-CRG in providing support to ADP team and EPCs for smooth implementation of ADP 1 Project.

Intelligence and Vigilance:

- Day to day coordination with intelligence team, supervision and conducting field visit in villages, project sites or any external locations, to obtain real time accurate information pertaining to business related matter

- Keep vigilant / alert and gather regular updates on any possible occurrence / incident/ happenings in the region which is directly or indirectly is related to business

Dispute & Crises Management:

- Supporting Lead-CRG in keeping the track on the happenings in the surrounding areas, timely appraise to Lead CRG and work towards amicable solution to any dispute and crises

- Providing support in dealing with various Environmental and other village related disputes in an amicable manner keeping in view the interest of both the organization as well as external stakeholders.

Data Collection, updation, report making and external coordination:

- Data updation of Key Stakeholders, village profile and documentation of community related issues/event/programs.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS of community related issues

- Provide support to Lead-CRG to arrange visits of CRG related VVIPs, Dignitaries/ Government Officials etc. and also looking after the protocol activities as and when required

- Any other external coordination / task assigned by the Department
