Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate HR - Textile/Garment (7-10 yrs)
Urgently looking for Manager / Sr.Manager - Corporate HR with one of the largest conglomerate in India.
Job Requirement:
- Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management- objective settings/ reviews/ feedback, Compensation and Benefit administration of incentive plans/ roll out of incentive plans, Talent Development (incl. leadership trainings), Talent review, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition.
- Work on organizational design and develop appropriate interventions.
- Lead Manpower planning process & strategies to address the current and future needs of the business.
- Manage delivery of HR programs & services to align with the business priorities.
- Provide consultation to Business leadership & line management on human resources related issues.
- Assess and anticipates HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions, programs & policies.
- Responsible for driving and strengthening the HR processes with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.
Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with 7-10 years of experience into a Corporate/Business partnering/Generalist profile with full time MBA from premier institutes would be highly preferred.
