Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Renewable Energy Space (3-5 yrs)

What's the role?
You- ll be part of the Company's Finance team (9 people), based in Bangalore, India and working together to shape the future of our Company in both countries and beyond. You will report directly to CFO.
The key activities are varied and include:
- Corporate finance evaluations regarding optimizing capital structure and reduce total cost of capital (including structuring of SPV`s for specific projects)
- Ownership of economic model comprising of 3 entities
- Preparation of 3 year business plan materials in the context of potential funding requirements (equity & debt)
- Perform credit rating agencies for in house credit portfolio
- Supporting presentations by CFO and CEO for Board meetings and shareholders
- Oversee cash position of the Company, manage funds across various banks and accounts on a daily basis
- Detailed Cash forecasting on the basis of various inputs.
- Manage Forex exposure (USD/Euro/KSH/INR)
- Review requests for BG`s, LC`s and other guarantees
- Design policy for Counterparty Risk assessment and mitigation
- Ensure compliance with Treasury policy
Requirements
What we need from you:
- MBA/CA; Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, ACCA, ACMA/CIMA/CGMA) an advantage
- 3-5 years- experience in a reputable financial institution. Experience in M&A projects in renewable space is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong expertise in the MS Excel application and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Experience and strong skills with MS Powerpoint
- Keen interest in finance, corporate finance concepts and the application of finance to improve business value.
- Self-starter, able to obtain and challenge data across the organization and step up if required to conduct hands-on analytical work
- Ability to clearly identify and deliver key summaries from complex data
- Comfortable working in a fast pace, down to earth environment with multiple parallel project initiative
- Energy sector experience is advantageous but not essential
