- Collateral Preparation and Pitching.

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideating, deal execution.

- Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assist senior bankers for equity transaction execution

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

Should have strong analytical abilities and good knowledge of industry and companies.

Experience : 3-6 years

Qualification: CA/MBA
