Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Development & Strategy - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The Opportunity:

This position is within a newly formed strategy team, which works closely with senior leadership of the Goodworker and other group companies (based out of Singapore, Berlin) and help set the future course for GoodWorker. The strategy team is responsible for defining the long-term strategic priorities, capital allocation and new businesses.

This role will work closely with VP-strategy and be responsible for long-term planning to set up GW for success. This would entail - market landscaping, inorganic growth opportunities, fund-raise, investor/board relations etc. Sitting at the intersection of consumer behavior (next billion users) and technology, this is an ideal opportunity for budding strategists to hone their real-world skills and graduate into business/ product roles or move forward within the strategy domain.

What will you do in the next 6 months?

- Drive market understanding, competition landscaping and long-term strategy for the Goodworker

- Help identify and evaluate new business lines/ models in line with the overall business strategy of the company/ group esp. inorganic growth opportunities

- Liaise with external stakeholders - both at company and group level (Lemma-Tree)

- Drive investor relations, board presentations and discussions

You should apply if you have:

- Tier-1 MBA with 3-4 years of experience - investment banking and/or in corporate development of startup (sell-side/investor relations) + fund-raise experience
