What We Need - A storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills - A strategist and advisor to stakeholders including the senior leadership - An experienced leader to handle a team of experienced professionals - A collaborative person with a positive attitude - Possesses an understanding of branding guidelines and aesthetics - Understanding of Employer Value Propositioning storytelling - Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications - Responsible for facility branding - Ensure vendor management for managing organization-wide campaigns - Responsible for on-ground activation of events, campaigns - Responsible for employer branding adherence at all office campuses - Take branding ownership for running events and internal activities at all campuses - Collaborate with the Facilities team to align facility and real estate strategy with corporate branding objectives - Candidate should have basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and word - Strong soft skills like; interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills What You Will Do - Communication: - Lead the internal and external communication activities - Drive communications through newsletters, staff intranet, notice board updates, regular email bulletin, news releases, mailers, internal and hiring events, executive briefing materials - Ensure awareness of organizational initiatives, achievements, awards, campaigns, and projects through successful communications to employees and stakeholder - Ideate, conceptualize, plan and manage all internal (current) employee, recruitment (prospective) employees, and corporate branding and communications for all locations - Drive leadership communication - Identify external opportunities and forums to talk about the company (drive PR, digital comms, & branding communication) Employer Branding: - Lead the strategic global function of corporate employer branding - Create the employer brand for the company - Create leadership branding - Identify external events to showcase the company as an employer of choice - Leverage digital, social and mobile platforms to drive owned and shared channels to engage prospective employees and build the employer brand Team management: - Bring a goal-oriented, dynamic, energetic and innovative approach - Bring in a strategic approach to the comms and employer branding function - Provide a roadmap to the function (IC, EB, EC) - Quality check &amp; adherence - Handling escalations - Team management &amp; team member career progression Qualification - Degree Graduates/Post graduate in communication or journalism
