Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Actions/Middle Office/Financial Operations

- Looking for Senior level person for the Middle Office Corporate Actions group that handles the entire corporate action process across multiple clients.

- Accountable for work product of the team - Daily corporate action capture, processing for mandataries and voluntaries, feeds mapping, client and broker communication, security and trade management.

- Oversee day to day operations, escalations management, business-as-usual troubleshooting and setting direction and goals for individuals.

- Coordinate with investment managers, client-ops team, prime brokers and administrators to resolve day to day exceptions, as well as develop more strategic initiatives.

- 6+ yrs of experience in Middle office, Trade accounting, and corporate actions.

- 2+ Yrs in team handling

- Good understanding of Mandatory & Voluntary Corporate Actions life cycle.

- Knowledge of SQL,VBA, Python is plus

- MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA is mandatory
