Responsible for the retention & development of Key Accounts, act as conduit between Customer (External) & Operations (Internal). Help build strong PR relationship with Customer and explore new business growth with customer.
- Operation review - daily review with customers on KPI/deliverables, issues & challenges
- Internal co-ordination & review with Operations team to monitor achievement of customer's KPI's/deliverables
- Foster the relationship with all stakeholders in customer's system
- Monitor business dynamics, opportunities, threats to brick-wall the business through pro-active engagement & resolution of customer issues
- Work on opportunities to grow business volume with the customer
- Conduct effective AR management to ensure timely payment from customers
- Budget Achievement - Sales & EBIT
- DSO achievement
- Account Development
- Deep Selling - gain additional/new business with them
- Conduct Monthly review and QBR's with customers
- Co-ordination and follow-up with Operations to deliver the agreed KPI's
- Co-ordinate billing, payments
