Contract Administration

Position: Manager - Contract Admin

Qualification : BE Civil Engineering/NICMAR

Experience : 10-15 years, in contract administration out of which 4-5 years at Site in infrastructure / real estate industry and 5-7 years in contract administration for large Real Estate projects or Infrastructure projects, valued more than 300 cr.

- Should have good communication and negotiation skill, thorough in formulating and administering large size projects, primarily in item rate contract.

Functional/ Technical competencies :

- Indian Contract Act

- Arbitration and Reconciliation Act

- Claim management

- Understanding of pricing

- Understanding of Contracts

- Negotiation skill

- Project understanding
