MANDATORY ASK : Mandatory ask for the role : 5-6 years in content development in the US Healthcare domain / Experience creating instructional materials & story boards / Ability to design eLearning modules, training materials, videos & guides. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Ability to produce learning materials to include facilitator/instructor and participant manuals. - Knowledgeable and experienced in applying adult learning principles. - Experience creating instructional materials by understanding of cognitive flow, chunking and sequencing of information in a manner best suited to meet the learning outcomes. - Creation of storyboards: onscreen text, audio narration, prompt text and instructions for developers. - Review of storyboards (layout and visual representation, language and descriptions for developers if required). - Ability to develop exercises based on scenario outlines and learning outcomes. - Follows ADDIE model or similar instructional design process on all training projects. - Designs content utilizing principles of design with a very strong focus in organization/layout of information. - Works alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) at all levels of the organization to ensure delivery of accurate and timely content. - Applies alternative training mediums and methods (self-study, online, blended, simulations) to increase training effectiveness and to accommodate distance learning, learning style, and cultural differences. - Able to design eLearning modules, training materials, videos, and guides with an eye for professional aesthetic design and focus on the overall facilitator and participant experience. (recommended but not required) QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields: Literature, Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Journalism or related discipline. - Proficient knowledge of Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, OneNote. - Knowledge of instructional objectives, adult learning principles and learning theory is mandatory. - Relevant content development experience of 5 to 6 years.
