We have an urgent role with one of the biggest BFSI Sector Group at Mumbai

Role : MGR/SR MGR TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Candidate only from BFSI Sector into Product content development

CTC : 12-14 Lacs

Job Description :

- Responsible for overall development of Training Content and support Training team for Bank's frontend and backend staff

- Responsible for maintaining version control for latest updates in the Training Content

- Liaise with all support teams Product, Technology, Central Operations, Branch Operations, IT support, Procurement for development of Training Content for latest updates in their purview

- Responsible for creating a roadmap and launch of e-learning and mobile learning modules for frontend and backend staff

- Prepare monthly MIS reports regarding training content updates

- Envisage and develop new training tools for Channel for efficient adoption of concepts

- Develop Audio Visual Videos internally for Technical & Functional trainings

- Develop Role Play videos internally for Functional & Behavioural trainings

- Develop byte size training content for any concept related to Banking and Technology for quick usage and adoption

- Responsible for conducting Train the Trainer for all new concepts to the training team

- Liaise with e-learning vendors for customisation of training content as per Bank's need and implement the activities as per the project plan

Core Competencies :

- Should have minimum 4-6 years experience in training content development in BFSI sector

- Should have good knowledge & understanding of the BFSI sector and financial products

- Should be adept in developing quality training content relevant to the target audience

- Should have experience of having worked on setting up e-learning and mobile learning modules in previous organisations

- Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills

- Good Training skills for conducting Train the Trainer sessions

- Should be adept in imparting/suggesting role plays/games to make training sessions more interesting

- Should have strong hold in MS office

- Should be adept in Mobizen and Movie Maker software for creating and editing training videos on Laptop & Android devices both

- Should be adept in translation of training content in Hindi as per requirement

- Eye for detail, process oriented
