Manager/Senior Manager - Compliance - BFSI (4-9 yrs)
Urgent Requirement
Key responsibilities :
- Handling the Compliance related work of the Listed Companies. Should possess good knowledge of SEBI regulations, Listing Agreement and any other Statutory regulations pertaining to the Listed Companies
- Conducting General/Board/Committee Meetings as required under Companies Act involving issuance of notices,
drafting agenda and recording minutes of the meeting.
- Drafting various, documents pertaining to Joint Venture, Share subscription conveyance, leave and license agreement, power of attorney, non-disclosure & confidentiality agreement, opinions and general correspondences.
- Preparing and filing of necessary documents/returns related.
- Researching background information related to legal and secretarial issues & helping prepare legal documents.
