We are hiring a Manager/Sr Manager - Compliance for an Indian Bank. Must have : 6 yrs. to 10 yrs. experience working an Indian Bank in similar roles Salary Range - Budget for this position will be based on the current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 20 LPA 1. Regulatory Compliance: - Review of KYC / AML Policy and to ensure required changes in line with RBI guidelines and seek ACB/Board approval. 2. Compliance Review (Internally allocated Dept.): - Compliance Review of Branches to ensure compliance to their respective policies. - Review Product, Process documents/circulars of all departments handling liability business and ensure its compliance. - Submission of Summary of the Compliance Monitoring report pertaining to liability business/products/ops to the Compliance Head. - To review the existing processes followed at Branches in line with RBI guidelines. - Any other review of any function/ Process & business as per published Compliance Review Plan. 3. Co-ordination with Audit & Risk: - Co-ordinate with IAD about the findings for assessing the areas of compliance breaches/failures and to initiate action for putting the appropriate controls. 4. Actionable from RBI Circulars: - Track actionable from the RBI circulars for its implementation at corresponding departments (based on Compliance Alerts received from Advisory desk/otherwise). 5. Customer Complaints escalated to RBI & BO & Other regulators/Govt: - Liaison with RBI & Banking ombudsmen for customer complaints. - To review Incognito Visit Reports issued by RBI and to ensure timely response. 6. Other Compliance requirements: - Aadhaar / Biometric / Buffer Authentication. - Coordinate with IT Department / Digital Initiative Team for complying with e-KYC.
