Manager/Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits - IT Startup (10-15 yrs)
Manager / Sr Manager - Compensation & Benefits based out of Bangalore reporting to Head HR
The company is a well funded start up with employee around 600+ and will grow to 1200+ by year end (Fast growing start up). Start up is 2 year old and looking for aggressive, high energy individuals to take complete ownership of building systems, tools on fast pace to ensure smooth running of the operations
- Should have experience not more than 15 years in total
- Should have C&B experience in Tech startup organisation
- Plan, Direct and coordinate the Compensation and benefits activities of the organization to deliver the desired business results
- Manage the design and development of tools to assist Managers in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions.
- Prepare budgets for HR operations
- KPI driven, Employee 360 & Pay roll management, ESOP management
- Study legislation, market, arbitration decisions, to assess industry trends.
- Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs
- Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees and researching benefits issues.
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
