Looking to hire Compensation & Benefits professional for one of the leading Investment Bank
Location: Chennai
Experience required: 7 Yrs +
- Operational excellence in service delivery of Compensation and Benefits related processes
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and responsible for driving efficiencies in the team
- Lead efforts to streamline resolution timeliness, consistency in administration of policies and procedures throughout the operations team
- Drive continuous improvement through using end to end project management methodologies
- Manage a team of about 15 staff and responsible for their performance and operational delivery.
- Interact with Centre of Expertise on product / policy related aspects and provide solutions to complex situations
- Manage senior stakeholders and build relationships to enhance effectiveness of the delivery
- Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and creating error-free deliverables
