- Design &amp; Implement a rewarding and competitive compensation and benefits policy for respective region and/or organization - Liaise and consult with HR business partner to establish corporate policies and centralized processes - Consult with and provide expert advice to management on Compensation and Benefits issues (e.g. the salary revision process) - Design and Maintain Benefits programs - Create and review expatriate relocation Compensation - Designing the Salary grid got new territory / country - Gathers and compiles Compensation and Benefits related data from Clients and suggest them on Comp &amp; Ben related issues and guide them to update their data in client's data base. - Providing analytic observations and business recommendations based on identified trends. - Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifact on periodic/quarterly/annual basis. - Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key Human Capital data sets, reports, and metrics. - Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight. - Incumbents should have strong experience in either Compensation or benefits or both . - Strong experience in handling C&amp;B for India is essential - This is a highly strategic role where the person would be responsible to create &amp; draft compensation policies followed by implementation
