Opportunity with a leading MNC into Electrical Equipments based at Noida.

Position Title : C&B- Manager/Sr Manager

Location : Noida

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary focus of this role is to support and cascade the compensation strategy for the respective business span in India.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for ensuring the C&B philosophy is percolated appropriately.

- Review the C&B policies and align them with Group /market. Ensure statutory and legal compliance.

- Support C&B Head to drive annual C&B processes salary review, LTIP, benchmarking, salary range creation, job mapping, etc.

- Work with Plant HR and C&B Head on related wage-settlements, benefits renegotiations, etc.

- Provide reporting data and analytics C&B Head, for monthly/annual reporting.

- Ensure update of HRIS and related systems pertaining to compensation data.
