Key Responsibilities: - Manage annual salary planning, bonus planning, job mapping review and providing counsel and support to local and international teams. - Contributing in compensation related projects & benchmarking exercise, performing job evaluation on key positions. - Partner with Global Compensation leadership and key stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology systems to support our fixed and variable programs. - Design, update and review best C&B programs for the employees including fixed & variable pay programs. - Design salary ranges and provide external benchmarking advise as needed - Monitor survey project plans as well as coordinate tasks with project stakeholders. - Compensation analysis for sales & leadership teams - Ensuring C&B compliances and regulations at local and global level.
