Looking for a Comp & Ben specialist having an exposure of Multi Country /Multi culture in the following areas

Total Rewards & Performance Management expertise in setting up of the CoE, through design and institutionalization of:

- Rewards Philosophy & Guidelines

- C&B Systems & Policies, Benefits plans

- C&B Benchmarking

- Budgeting & Annual Salary Review

- Sales/Productivity Linked Incentive Schemes

- Variable Pay, Retention, Severance Plans

- International Mobility Policy & Expat Management

- Executive Compensation & LTI

- Job Evaluations and Grade Structuring

- Organizational Effectiveness

- Performance Management Strategy & Annual 

- Oversee the regular Total Rewards activities like the annual salary revision, incentive payouts, salary restructuring, market benchmarking

- Design, development, communication and implementation of the rewards and benefits policies and programmes across the Organization.

- Manage the manpower budget for the entire organization in order to maintain the profitability of the organization
