Key responsibilities -

- Handling the Compliance related work of the Listed Companies. Should possess good knowledge of SEBI regulations, Listing Agreement and any other Statutory regulations pertaining to the Listed Companies

- Conducting General/Board/Committee Meetings as required under Companies Act involving the issuance of notices, drafting agenda and recording minutes of the meeting.

- Drafting various, documents pertaining to Joint Venture, Share subscription conveyance, leave and license agreement, power of attorney, non-disclosure & confidentiality agreement, opinions and general correspondences.

- Preparing and filing of necessary documents/returns related to NBFC.

- Researching background information related to legal and secretarial issues & helping prepare legal documents.

Salary Offered : Upto 18 LPA
