Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Underwriting - Insurance (5-15 yrs)
1. To make comprehensive analysis of the portfolio of the client and submit quotes within time limits specified.
2. Monitoring of IC ratios - Product wise and remedial measures. Analysis on quarterly basis
3. Support the Distribution team
4. Training Underwriting team and Distribution team as and when required.
5. Constantly networking with the Distribution team, Operations team & Claims team in case of troubleshooting
6. Support the Distribution team with liasoning with intermediaries.
7. Assisting the Commercial UW Head in achieving overall growth in the agreed pattern of business and ensure profitability
