Job Profile:
- Business Development / Marketing for Commercial Space for leasing / sale.
- Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies of assigned properties.
- Target market will include all tech companies, brokers and IPCs. Doing inspections, negotiations and documentation.
- Drafting and Negotiating the Lease Agreement & closure of same by registering before commencement.
- Co-ordinate with various departments viz. Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of malls & other commercial properties.
- Finally will include handover of premises.
- Will be coordinating with architectural and project team and also with property management team
- Person should be well networked and it is preferred if he has exposure working in respective market.
Roles & Responsibility :
