Manager/Senior Manager - Coding Transition

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coding Transition Manager will participate in applications and multi-stream transitions, typically in large multi-year global deals.

- The transition Manager will participate in transitions during proposal preparation, presales presentations, due diligence, SOW, transition pre-planning, planning, execution and go-lives.

- Plan, track, execute, monitor and highlight key indicators during the transition phase of a project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with presales teams to understand customer requirements, analyze solution options with other teams and design transition solution

- Prepare aggressive, practical and implementable transition plans

- Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution

- Participate in due diligence activity to validate engagement scope and refine solution

- Derive inputs from various stakeholders and create the SOW

- Participate in transition pre-planning sessions with the customer

- Work with Delivery and various teams to mobilize and track resources, infrastructure, ODC and get it ready to transition engagement

- Manage knowledge transfer from presales team to transition team

- Create and track detailed transition plan

- Create weekly transition status reports and present them to the customer and internal stake holders

- Participate in internal and customer reviews.

- Timely escalation and resolution of issues.

- Planning for risks and executing mitigation plans

- Contribute to transition knowledge repository

- Drive demystification, point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.

- Work with internal teams in-creating the PnL and have very good understanding of the PnL financials

- Work with customer and internal stakeholders to drive the technology tools implementation

Experience and skill set required :

- 8 years and above of Coding Transition experience

- CPC certified

- Prior experience in handling in multi-specialty coding projects

- Willing to travel within India and Internationally on short notice

- Good Project and Program Management skills (preferably PMP Certified)

- Successfully lead complex transition and transformation engagements in the recent past involving diverse technologies covering multiple geographies and multiple service lines.

- Exposure to Rebadging and organization change management

- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
