Manager/Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Data Analyst - Life Insurance

Our client is a well-established Life Insurance company and is a joint venture between India's leading Financial Services Company along with the World's one of the most diversified and oldest Multinational Financial services organizations.

Job Purpose : To coordinate with stakeholders to procure data required to solve the business problem and use various analytical methods, uncover insights and present findings that will contribute to the overall organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Understanding stakeholder's requirement and understanding requirements on data

2. Develop appropriate analytics models

3. Receive and deliver ad-hoc requests from projects

4. Review, validate and refine models

5. Produce insightful presentations of findings to stakeholders

6. Proactively assess the model's performance

7. Manage and leverage existing models

8. Mentor 2-3 team members

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : MBA/MS/Mtech or Graduate in Finance or equivalent

Experience :

- 3-6 years of relevant experience of working with Statistical Tools such as R, Python, SPSS

- Functional Competencies Statistical Tools & Techniques

- Software & coding tools
