Manager/Senior Manager - Change Management - Investment Banking (8-18 yrs)

1. Role: Change management - Investment banking

3. Location: Hyderabad

1. Manage a cross functional book of work (change / projects).

2. Manage multiple projects and will show ownership of all project requirements from kick-off to delivery

3. Focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders

4. Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles and differing stakeholder priorities.

5. Deep knowledge of Project management principles and practices

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Work with multiple sponsors and large numbers of key stakeholders

2. Propose and continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies.

3. Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members.

4. Guides team in learning and applying useful decision making approaches.

5. Provides leadership, vision and direction setting for both project team and business partners

6. Acts decisively in critical situations or to circumvent a potential problem.

7. Uses basic knowledge of general financial and accounting principles to understand and communicate how decisions affect bottom line for project

8. Manage multiple projects which are cross functional in nature along with a team of APMs and BAs

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

1. Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (B.Com/ M.Com/ MFM/MBA Finance)

2. Should have a minimum tenure of 24 months as a Associate Project Manager with over 8-12 years of work experience

3. Demonstrated leadership, team building, and management skills

4. Good Communication skills

5. Good interpersonal skills.

6. Good analytical skills.

7. Aptitude for understanding technology

Program Manager / Senior Project Manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage a cross functional changes (Project / Program Mgmt)

2. Will be responsible for Client Relationship management and overall projects delivery at Account level.

3. Must has exposure of managing Technical projects and should have sound knowledge of current technologies

4. Manage multiple projects and will show ownership of all project requirements from kick-off to delivery

5. Focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders

6. Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles and differing stakeholder priorities.

7. Deep knowledge of Project/ Program management principles and practices

8. Will be responsible for managing team of ~20-30 PMs / BAs
