Manager/Senior Manager - Change Management - Insurance Domain

Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible to identify the business issues proactively and to propose and implement process interventions. The role also requires to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement actions, define process management controls & document SOPs.

Mentoring & successful closure of all the project through Structured Problem Solving

Job Responsibilties

Mentoring projects (identifying Opportunities for Improvement, RCA, implementation of the action plan), conduct training, championing change. Managing in process automation initiatives

Work Experience

Min 5 years in Insurance Domain is must overall experience of 8 years.

Educational Qualification

- Graduation is must.

- SPS, Green Belt/Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma will be added advantage
