Background:

The COE manager role will lead Center of Excellence (COE) as part of the customer development (Sales) department for Modern Trade business channel. She will be partnering with business leadership executives in driving growth and building key capabilities for future. The core responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, identifying strategic agendas, generating analytical insights, driving business KPIs and anchoring DMS, IT systems and capability tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establish and execute priorities:

1. Work closely with multiple departments such as sales, customer marketing, supply chain and finance teams to identify business opportunities

- Technology Capability and Innovations:

1. Design, build and lead custom technological solutions to drive execution and sales growth

- IT System, platforms and DMS lead

- Reporting & Analytics

- Operations:

1. Managing demand capture for our customers by establishing and tracking the correct service mix, developing technological interface for efficient operations and salesman lifecycle management

Desired Qualifications:

- At least 5+ years of experience either in General trade, Modern trade, or Ecommerce business channel in the CPG sector

- Proven leadership and people management experience

- Proven project management skills

- Experience in technology/ software related projects/ innovation space

Personal Skill and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills, including understanding how to set and manage performance metrics

- Ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments

- Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct projects
