We are looking for Manager ( Catalog & Product offering) for Bangalore office of the client

The details are as follows-

1)Client - Global French Fintech MNC

2) Location- Bangalore

3) Position- Manager ( Catalog & Product)

4) Qualification-Graduate/Post Graduate

5) Exp- Minimum 6-year experience in quality control / planning / project management.

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

MISSION:

Product Offering Manager will supervise 2 teams

1. Catalog Team, including supervisor, who import all data from procurement & vendors into operating system to create our catalogs sold to client.

2. Digital Offering Catalog Team who creates and customize all digital templates, description, T&C. to be imported in our operating system and blasted by e mail as digital rewards.

3. Product Offering Manager will organize the team, control and dispatch workload, supervise execution, perform quality control, participate in team recruitment / replacement.

4. Product Offering Manager is the guardian of planning and execution of all offering to clients, working closely with Procurement & Account Manager on deliverables.

- Direct reports 5 to 8.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervision of catalog team

- Receive requirement from procurement & account managers

- Confirm planning of deliverables of catalogs

- Dispatch workload to the team

- Proof reading and control of catalog before seeking approval to procurement to publish

- Quality control

- Respect of planning

- Planning ahead for all revamps to avoid clusters

- Point of escalation from Procurement when catalog contains error

- Improve process to avoid manual work and increase productivity

- Reports on achievements & errors

- Reduce time Procurement has to spend in briefing, controlling, following up with catalog teams

- Supervision of digital catalog team

- Review process to create and customize template

- Receive workload from Procurement & account managers

- Confirm planning of deliverables before program launch

- Dispatch workload to the team

- Manage priorities and customization

- Respect of planning

- Quality control

- Improve process to avoid manual work and increase productivity

- Reports on achievements & errors

- Ad hoc missions

- Work closely with procurement on planning and revamp annual calendar

- Back up resource for templates creation / customization

- Back up resource for catalog creation

- Back up resource for recalling digital codes imported in TX

TEAM INTERACTIONS:

He/She will interact with :

- Procurement team to obtain all catalog content information, work on planning of deliverables (new and revamp), review approval process to optimize time, control work before submitting to procurement for final approval,

- Account managers for planning of revamp and planning of new catalogs to be communicated to client and obtain customization requirements of catalogs and templates depending of each client,

- IT team for platform use, upload of templates, customization.

- Minimum 6-year experience in quality control / planning / project management.

- Inspirational team leader.

- Very organized, excellent planner.

- Efficient, patient.

- Easy internal communication on achievements as well as challenges.

- Problem solver state of mind.

- Good English communication mandatory.
