Manager/Senior Manager - Cash Management Operations
Our client, a global Banking leader, is actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their cash operations team. This is a people management role and the incumbent should have core experience into SWIFT payments.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities maintaining the quality and accuracy of the process.
- Liaison with on shore team for smooth transition of new projects and process.
- Effectively manage various audits requests while maintaining the data accurately.
- Analyse the gaps, if any and provide the required solutions
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Experience in cash operations, handling SWIFT payments and management reporting in global Banking environment.
- Should have 8-12 years of experience. Bachelor degree with majors in Finance. MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
- Should have people management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, change management, and project management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in cash application like EPH, EMH, IMMS, TLM, PRPC
