International Property Consultant Company - Manager / Sr. Manager - Capital Markets - Our Client a International Property Consultant Company is looking to hire a Manager / Sr. Manager in their Capital Markets team.&nbsp;&nbsp; Company Name : International Property Consultant Company Service Line : Capital Markets Location : Chennai Designation : Manager / Senior Manager Role : - Engage in business development activities, with focus on Chennai Market - Preparation of marketing materials,presentations, proposals, strategies for business development, information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and inputs from solicitors &amp; tax consultants. - Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual &amp; team targets - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrated client and program management skills for sale/acquisition transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals. - Assess client requirements, initiate &amp; maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions. - Manage the entire transaction process including, financial analysis, target identification, deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Outright, Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence - Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants &amp; Government bodies. - Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate &amp; timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
