Manager/Senior Manager - Business Planning & Strategy - Products - Railway Equipment Manufacturing Division

We are currently looking for- Manager / Senior Manager _ Business Planning & Strategy for Products.

Its a Leadership Role- with one of our fastest growing client- in Railway Equipment Manufacturing Division.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Formulate and- implement- Product Strategy and Planning for introduction of new Mech and Electro mech products / components for the Rly / Metro segment in India and abroad.

2. Connect with Railway and Metro Component Manufacturing MNCs abroad with a view to contract manufacture mech / electro mechanical Railway / Metro products.

3. Compare and decide on the most- compatible- Partner- to co produce.

4. Drive Pricing decision in the Contract,- the Contract making and signing of the Contract.

5. Drive Technology Transfer including technical, raw material, production specs, testing spec, maintenance and documentation.

6. Assist the R and D, Engineering, Production, Quality and Marketing /Sales/Service team and other stake holders to introduce the product successfully in Indian market and abroad.

7. Drive- successful- indigenisation- of technology transfer/integration/absorptions/commercialising.
