Manager/Senior Manager - Business Planning & New Projects

Role: Business Planning & New Projects 

Qualification: B.Tech + MBA or MBA (Finance) 

Level: Manager/ Senior Manager

Inorganic New Projects:

1. Assist the business team in driving Inorganic projects across the group (JV, Acquisitions or Tech. transfers)

2. Coordinate with external & internal stakeholders and take responsibility from opportunity identification to closing the transcation.

Strategic Initiatives (Vision 2022) Program Management for one BU (ECE):

1. Program Management in coordinating & driving Vision 2022 strategic initiatives with BU project owners.

2. Responsible for helping project owners in preparing strategic initiative templates & problem solving with the initiative owners.

3. Responsible for scheduling monthly meeting, coordination, follow-up and template documentation update required for the projects.

4. Monthly dashboard update with key notes and action plan.

5. Follow-up & Coordination for Qtrly, Bi-annual/Annual strategic planning workshops.

6. Responsible for Vision 2022 related event, communication townhalls, webcasts execution.

Product Strategy inputs:

1. Study the competition products (Current & pipeline) to provide the inputs to business team for new product planning.
