Business Lead - Sales, NBFC/ Digital Lending

We're looking forward to hiring for the profile of Manager/ Sr. Manager - Sales, for a leading NBFC/ Digital lending platform, with PAN India presence.

Job Location : Delhi NCR

Job responsibilities :

- The role requires engagement with large enterprise merchants across e-commerce & product companies, across the country and sell them potential digital lending solutions.

- Responsible for Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales relationship management (Scope - Hunting & Farming)

- Product - Digital consumer lending to be used during online checkout

- New business line in the organization, offers opportunity to scale & grow

- PAN India (national) role

- Reporting to Business Head

Preferred candidate :

- MBA from Tier1/2 college

- Good Communication and Leadership Skills

- Ability to work in start-up (fast paced) environment

- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Account Management is required

- Should have worked on a consumer lending product

- Fintech / Payment industry experience is preferable

- Willing to travel
